HOW IT WORKS

1. Get your work station ready. Sit in a good posture and hit "Start Session".
2. Sit still while we calibrate your position.
3. Once calibrated, click the PiP button to float the video, then minimize and continue working.
4. When you're done, view your session report for helpful feedback.
